Please call our disability services phone line at (360) 384-3388 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

To assist you even after your furniture is in your home, Samuel's has established itself as the only furniture store in Northwest Washington to offer a complete service department - staffed by a full time furniture service technician with over 15 years of furniture service and repair experience!

For those of you who have purchased your new furniture or mattress from Samuel's, our on-site and mobile service department offers wood touch up and repair, vinyl and leather touch up and repair, furniture finishing, upholstery repair, parts repair, replacement and installation. If you have any questions at all regarding your warranty, damages, or a service concern, please call our service department directly at 1-800-210-7143.
